Objective of the Reseller Program:

To help HTLZone buyers to sell their unsold inventory on the HTLZone platform.

Terms and Conditions for Reseller Agreement:

• HTLZone Fees:
  • 2,000 P.A for unlimited inventory, for yearly service.
  • 500 P.M for unlimited inventory, for monthly service.
• Grading assurance: Required from the seller. If not provided, HTLZone Team will do the testing, and the cost will be added for the seller.
• Commission: HTLZone takes a 3% commission on the total selling value of particular lots.
• Lot Creation Time: HTLZone Team will require a minimum of 24 hours to create lots for publishing on the platform.
• Inventory Blocking: HTLZone will block the inventory listed for one week. During this time, the seller cannot sell the items outside of HTLZone.
• Seller Commitment: The seller cannot back out once a HTLZone buyer wins the lot.
• Inspection: Seller must allow inspection by the buyer before pickup. The HTLZone finance team will process the payment if the inventory matches the manifest.

Support Provided to the Seller:

• Providing user credentials of our platform (Standalone platform) for publishing the lot.
• Cataloguing support.
• System upload.
• Lot-making support.
• Sale calling support and follow-ups with the buyers.

Required Information for Publishing Lots:

• Inventory raw list (Lot description).
• Item description.
• Brand details.
• MRP per item.
• Online price if possible (item-wise).
• Minimum expected price from the seller.
• Total quantity per item.
• QC report with remarks.
• Sample images of the inventory.
