Bid Value
Bid value is inclusive of GST; however, it does not include the logistics cost.
Cancellation
Once you have won the lot, you must honor the payment. Failure to do so may result in penalties or being "blacklisted" on the platform. Hindsol reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any auctioned lot or part of it for any reason. If a lot is cancelled, we will notify you by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp, and your payment will be refunded within 7 business days (T&C apply).
Payment Terms and Purchase
Once your bid is approved and you are declared the winner of the relevant bid, you must pay the total bid price/value within 2 hours from the time of approval. If you fail to make the payment within this time, your bid will be cancelled (payment value depends on the seller).
After making the payment, you will receive instructions on when and how to pick up your inventory.
If you fail to pick up the goods within the specified time, your bid will be cancelled, and we will be entitled to retain your paid amount as cancellation charges. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Claims
Self-Pickup
Claims can be filed ONLY for shortages of items when the inventory is being picked up from the Hindsol warehouse.
The buyer or the buyer’s representative should clearly account for all the items included in the winning lot and what they are picking up. If there is a shortage of units, the buyer should inform a Hindsol representative immediately.
The details of the shortage, such as the number and type of shortage, should be noted on the invoice document given to the buyer at the pick-up location itself.
3P Dispatch
If 3P logistics is used for shipping the units from Hindsol to the buyer, no claim in any form will be entertained.
